Brad Toft has enjoyed a 20 year career in the financial services sector, during which time he has lead business lines for Fortune 500 companies such as Wells Fargo and Weyerhaeuser. Currently he is Area Sales Manager for Bay Equity Home Loans, President of the Washington State Taxpayers Association, and Treasurer of the Old Bellevue Merchant's Association.
For the past three years Brad has authored the newsletter, What's Expected and he has been a contributing writer to Issues and Answers, a publication of the Washington Banker’s Association. He has been a featured guest on Wall Street Radio AM1300 and in Forbes magazine. He spent four years on the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity of East King County, served as President of Snoqualmie Valley Rotary and is currently a board Vice President of the Snoqualmie Valley Chamber of Commerce. Brad lives in Snoqualmie with his family where he has been a resident for nearly 12 years.  Brad Toft is a Pacific Northwest native who started in the banking industry in 1991. Since then he has lead teams for Fortune 500 firms like Wells Fargo and been a small business owner, both in the residential mortgage segment. Being well-known for his ability to communicate complex scenarios in simple terms, he is an expert in financing new construction, jumbo loans and self-employed borrowers. Brad is recognized for his knowledge of the industry and is a contributing writer to Patch.com and the Washington Banker Association’s magazine Issues and Answers. He is a frequent guest on Northwest Real Estate Connections on Wall Street Radio AM 1300. His service in the community includes being President Emeritus of the Snoqualmie Valley Rotary Club, a board member on the Snoqualmie Valley Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer for the Old Bellevue Merchant’s Association, and a former board member of Habitat for Humanity of King County. For the 2013-2014 term, Brad was elected Chairman of the Washington State Taxpayer’s Association. Brad has resided in Snoqualmie for 11 years with his wife Jill, and their children Wil, Lauren and Ollie.
