Brad Toft is a Pacific Northwest native who started in the banking industry in 1991. Since then he has lead teams for Fortune 500 firms like Wells Fargo and been a small business owner, both in the residential mortgage segment. He has closed over $1.5BN in residential new construction loans in his career.
Being well-known for his ability to communicate complex scenarios in simple terms, Brad is an expert in financing new construction, jumbo loans and self-employed borrowers. Brad is recognized for his knowledge of the industry and is a contributing writer to Patch.com and the Washington Banker Association’s magazine Issues and Answers. His service in the community includes being President Emeritus of the Snoqualmie Valley Rotary Club, a board member on the Snoqualmie Valley Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer for the Old Bellevue Merchant’s Association, and a former board member of Habitat for Humanity of King County. For the 2013-2014 term, Brad was elected Chairman of the Washington State Taxpayer’s Association. Brad has resided in Snoqualmie for 12 years with his wife Jill, and their children Wil, Lauren and Ollie.
