Brad Toft is a Pacific Northwest native who started in the banking industry in 1991. Since then he has lead teams for Fortune 500 firms like Wells Fargo and been a small business owner, both in the residential mortgage segment. Being well-known for his ability to communicate complex scenarios in simple terms, Brad is an expert in financing new construction, jumbo loans and self-employed borrowers. Brad is recognized for his knowledge of the industry and is a contributing writer to Patch.com and the Washington Banker Association’s magazine Issues and Answers. His service in the community includes being President Emeritus of the Snoqualmie Valley Rotary Club, a board member on the Snoqualmie Valley Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer for the Old Bellevue Merchant’s Association, and a former board member of Habitat for Humanity of King County. For the 2013-2014 term, Brad was elected Chairman of the Washington State Taxpayer’s Association.
