The Machinists News is a blog focused on news of interest to members of the International Association of Machinists & Aerospace Workers District Lodge 751, and is maintainted by union staff in Seattle. It is an online supplement to the monthly AeroMechanic newspaper and the bi-monthly Eastern Washington Machinists News newsletter, both of which are published for members.
District 751 represents 45,000 active, retired and laid-off workers at the Boeing Co. in Puget Sound and California, plus workers at Triumph Composites in Spokane, Pexco in Yakima and BAE Systems in Everett.  This collection of talented aerospace manufacturing workers is unmatched anywhere in North America.
