Rick Van Cise, Neighbor

Rick Van Cise is a broadcast journalist, meteorologist and freelance writer. He has lived on the Sammamish Plateau since 1988, when you could still hear cows mooing through the hills. He and his wife raised four children here. In his spare time, Rick likes to write, work on old cars, sail and be with family.
